New Years Eve Party

Tickets will be on sale starting December 1, 2009. Presale tickets are $25.00 per person or $45.00 per couple. Tickets at the door will cost $30.00 per person or $50.00 per couple. Ticket price includes a variety of hors d’ oeuvres and desserts, DJ (Jerry Mack), party favors, Champagne Toast at midnight, and a Limo ride home. Dress is professional-party dress. No jeans please! Sorry, cancelled due to lack of sign ups.

Comedy Dinner

Plans are in progress for a Comedy Dinner. More details will be available next month.

Wii Bowling Tournament to benefit Elks National Foundation

Sign-ups start December 1, 209, pick your time slot
Doubles Tournament - Adults only starts at 4 PM - Pizza & Wing specials

Cost: $10.00 per person = $20.00 per team
Payout = 50% of the take / 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each division

Kids Doubles Tournament - 16 & under only - starts at 1 PM - $5 each/$10 team
Hot dog & chips $1.00

Special Bonus - "Progressive" game" $5.00 - 1 ball per frame
1st frame 10 pins in rack
2nd frame 15 pins in rack
3rd frame 21 pins in rack etc.
10th frame 91 pins in rack

High score wins 50% of the pot for Kids division / Adult division

Reinstatement

From September 10, 2009 through November 9, 2009, the Reinstatement fee is $1.00. There are three possible meetings that applications can be read at. The dates are September 15, 2009, October 6, 2009, and November 3, 2009. There is a meeting on October 20, 2009, but since it is the DD visit a vote will not be held.
